I love these street fashion interviews you are doing. Although I am not into Lolita fashion myself but they are very interesting to watch. I especially love the outfit of the girl who went with a Chinese theme with the two cute buns on her head. It reminds me of the game character Chun Li from Street Fighters. I also like your all black outfit too, it looks very pretty and elegant. You're also a very great interview reporter!
Everyone was so cute but I thought the high schooler has the most elegant style, although it was deceptively simple. She has nothing to worry aboutand should feel really confident but I remember it's hard at that age. I hope you all have a wonderful autumn season!
"Gothic style with an asian flair" honestly I CANNOT LOVE THAT ENOUGHHHH not going to get too into it but this healed me from reading someone completely- rightly calling out how ytfolk love to use their age old tendencies to infantilize asian women fems and non-men for their asian/weeb/kboo aesthetics. (it was in relation to jokesters labeling Mitski's music as that of a feral lonely person- aka animalistic.)
I miss wearing lolita...but the covid situation in California is still terrible and Im stuck at home most times. No motivation to wear it just to sit around at home. :'C
We're in lockdown here in Scotland so I'll mostly be nesting! I bought some cosy fleece lined clothes and I'll be baking cakes, reading, and studying Japanese.

Since Lolita's took over my algorithms, I've seen many on Instagram and Twitter that post lovely pics/vids yet many say they don't have the courage to go out in it. That's absolutely absurd, they all look lovely, beautiful and very artistic. Example = nervous or tall, wide eye's complex, don't be self defeating, your very kawaii and beautiful. The only problem = your not being lovely more often, and you are underappreciated in your time. Maybe a regular get together show and tell would build confidence. Keep leading by example Rin, thanks. Auto neurotic syntax = your own voice in your mind. 80% negative, train it to be positive. That's how Buddhist sutras work, my theory, they replace the negative mind syntax with a positive mantra to focus the mind. Lolvly...thanks
