I'm very happy to see this Eastern Front - 1/35 WW2 Diorama piece. This work is a masterpiece of modeling and creative art. The details are done very finely and realistically, creating a very vivid and realistic setting of a battle in World War II. I really admire the effort and love that the creator has poured into this work. Congratulations and thanks to the creator for giving us such a beautiful and impressive work of art!

Great build, I certainly appreciate all the effort you put in on these, they are very cool. I saw the comment about it perhaps having a more lived in trench look, but it’s really down to the artist in his interpretation of this medium. I hope to be able to build something of this quality in the future, making videos for us like this helps bring that a little closer, so thank you.

I like the emotional detail of the characters you've created here. No one has ever done a diorama of the Cholm Pocket is my guess. Picture a figure of the bearded German lieutenant general Scherer. if you google images of that battle, they're very dramatic.

Do a Stalingrad scene in a busted building with Russians on one floor and Germans on another since that’s how it actually was.
“We’ve secured the kitchen, but we still have to take the living room and bedroom”or something along those lines. A grim joke from German soldiers during that battle.
I know right that was the one of the craziest things about that battle is the Germans could be two floors above the Russians

Good to see you posting a new diorama! What is the kit maker of the scout car? As usual, your work on every phase of the project is spectacular! The groundwork is just so awesome to watch come together. The level of detail in the landscaping is....amazing! I say that because groundwork is more inconsistent for me than figure painting & posing. Great work, glad to see you back!

I restore WW2 German vehicles and weapon systems. I have had several panzer Soldaten say that crews didn't use camouflage patterns on roads wheels or tire rims. The spinning of the camp pattern as the vehicle moved could draw more attention to it. Solid colors were often used if a rim or road wheel was replaced and the color didn't match. You can see other colored road wheels in period pictures. One vet told me that the vehicles often "crept up" as part of scouting and that's where it was critical not to draw unwanted attention. I never in a million years would have thought about that.

nice work im confused by the scale 1/35 i havent seen many models in this scale normaly there 1/48 or 1/74 i just tought it was abit strange to se 1/35 can somone give me some more guidance on this please. im just thinking that it could be more dificult to find figures or accesories in this scale.

Хорошая диорама получилась, но по Станиславскому - "не верю!". Там кровищи должно быть если не море то пара луж точно. Без неё всё слишком театрально выглядит.

Great build what foam board do you use for your dioramas it looks very easy to cut & work with
This is a really nice build. I learned alot watching it, as I have never build a diorama like this, but I am planning to build one depicting the Battle of Klessin. one thing that came to my eye was the recon tank soldier's uniform. The edges of the collar tabs and shoulder marks would be yellow for reconaissance troops. White was the color of the infantry, tankers were pink. Silver would be for SS tankers but on their uniforms the reich's eagel was not on the chest but on the left arm.

Can you tell me the best way to airbrush AK 3Gen paints? what psi, airbrush needle and thinner ratio? thank you
I think the needle is 0.2, its 10psi on the compressor, and thinner is about 50/50 but it can be very hit and miss, its not the esiest paint to spray 👍

Thanks......I think costs will depend on what you already have at your disposal but at a guess this one was somewhere around £100 with the vehicle kit, figures, paint and other materials👍
Oh woow OK that's good to know we'll I'll be like starting from bottom as I have nothing at all but I use to do warhamm and painting when I was younger and I loved it.. I is it fair to say I would have to spend about 300£ to get like the basic stuff with the 100£ that you said included its just so I have a ruff idea of how much ❤

Another excellent diorama, though it looks a little clinical, I'd have liked to have seen some spent bullet cases around the mg and scattered around the trench but that's just my opinion
