    I want your youtube channel to explode. This is such fantastic content. You and I are a lot alike in that I'm quickly bored with basic pedal functions and always need to try to find the extremes of what any given box is capable of... I blame being 35 years old and Electro-Harmonix pedals for this...

    A tip for anyone using the PS6 in a traditional way for solo harmonies, etc - Get a headphone amp like the Blackstar or Vox ones and plug that into the stereo out. Running a long aux lead from that to the PA makes for an an easy real stereo harmony that sounds much more realistic than going mono through your own amp and means you don’t need to lug a second amp around. 👍🏻

      @@CyberattackWorld on my Oceans 12 I set one bank down an Octave.
      And the other bank Up an Octave.
      Then I set the expression to reverse them.
      So I get the two octaves inverting/ reversing on each other as fast or slow as I want.
      I made a synth too with the "tremolo accelerator" via expression and dry signal.
      It's nuts.

    I love using the S-Bend to start a couple of octaves DOWN with a slow rise. Start with pedal down and play a major chord. It starts as a rumble and rises to resolve to the chord (reminds a little of the THX sound). Killer open to bring in any rock song. Let the chord resolve and start feeding back with the drums starting over the top.

      @@CyberattackWorld Thanks, man! I sure will!
      One quick question: can this pedal work as an octaver as well?

    • @CyberattackWorld
      @CyberattackWorld  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it can do an octave above or below. To be honest, I don’t think the octaves sound very good for a lot of the stuff people want to do with octave effects-organ sounds, fake bass, fake 12 string, etc. I love the PS6 but I don’t think it does these as well as the Electro-Harmonix POG for instance. However the sounds are there, so if you’re up for finding glitchier octave sounds then the PS-6 can probably produce something original.

    Very informative and inspiring video. I’m mainly looking for a pitch pedal to do 5ths, and I didn’t even realize all the other capabilities. The EHX Pitchfork is the standard these days, but this pedal seems to have more control. I like the way this tracks as opposed to a lot of other pedals.
