    Grew video , just to add another perspective , on In my opinion the extent to which social media benefits an individual is dependent on whether an individual is consumer or a supplier of content. Social media has a allowed many people earn money this increase in income could improve someone’s mental health .

      Yep definitely I agree, there have been many benefits to come out of it, but I think when we look at the human aspect of it, there are definitely a few concerns
