We have a guy in one of our rentals in the states who hasn’t paid in months. Didn’t bother to tell us he got fired in October and li e about where the rent is 1) he said the bank was frauded 2) he had some woman come on the phone to support his next lie saying her money and the rent money was in his truck and it got broken into: when we asked for a police report he didn’t have one. We hired someone to evict him and he pleaded with more time and the guy told him times up no more chances and he was filing today and said a cop be at the house Friday to serve him.

Because the government considers evictions as civil rather than criminal. If you stay in a hotel and fail to pay you will be summarily evicted and held responsible for the charges and any damage. Why is cheating a landlord any different? The council keeps calling these people “tenants “….tenants pay rent. These people are squatters and thieves.

Here in the USA with the $350 we paid the professional evictor , it included filing fees and constable . When we get possession I don’t know if we have to pay for the constable to throw his 💩out on the curb but the cop goes inside with the tenant and gives them 15 minutes to get their valuables and we start bagging stuff and tossing it out for pickers - we are changing the locks on him too when he’s evicted because he illegally changed the locks and refused to give us a key. She better stop harassing the tenant, in the states if the tenant can prove you harassed them they can get 3 free months of rent

The $100 in fuel & 2 hours of time was worth the hassle as I drove the van to her sister's home. Later the unit was scrubbed clean & painted. The landlords also have bills to pay, mortgage, barrister fees, taxes, etc., Never ever ever rent to friends, employees, or family; never ends well. Also, all landlords must check their properties more frequently, if unable to, hire a property land group agency. Honestly , I would rather not rent from a private landlord who owns one or properties because if something happens in their private lives and they end up without a place to live themselves you're going to have to move out whether or not you've been paying the rent on time and in full. I think that people who rent property in this manor should own where they live and should own the property they are renting out. Nisha would have had that person move out whether or not they were paying the rent. It's just convenient that the tenant wasn't paying the rent. They would have had to leave anyway. So it came down to whether or not Nisha was getting as much money as she needed to rent out a place for herself where she herself would have felt comfortable living, as well as earning some profit. Don't get me wrong, I think that people should absolutely pay for where they lay.

If zaneeta paid her rent, I would have been on her side. Bur Nisha is the owner and has full rights to her property. I'm siding with Nisha.

And all of the so-called lawyers that are meant to be helping them
They all fail to tell the landlords that there is another option that will enable them to get the propertys back within 24h of the posesean order being made
All the have to do is upgrade the Court order to a higher Court
And the high Court will order the high Court enforcement officers to go and take immediate posesean of the property within 24h
The high Court enforcement officers have a lot more legal power than the county court officers have and the eviction is immediate the are given one hour to get there stuff out of the property
Then they must make an appointment with the landlord and the high Court enforcement officers to collect the rest of their stuff

At 33:50 this is the reason the US has the second amendment. They break through the door and it’s time for a permanent sleep

What disturbs me is the people the evictions due to sub standard properties. They don't even get notice, "It could be a fire hazard". There's insulation in that building they call the wooden shed. No, it's not ideal, but it might be all they can get and you know what is worse, homelessness. I have lived in a tent due to a housing crisis.. there's no insulation there either, or toilet, kitchen, electricity..

Burning to death in a house fire is far worse than living on the streets

The condition of the women property was really bad. Just giving the keys to a stranger with no securities, just like that?
