That’s a good question. I figure there are at about 10 miles attitude and maybe 5 miles down range when it goes super sonic. I’m gonna guess maybe a faint sound like thunder back at the launch pad. Got my curiosity. I’ve heard the boom quite a few times when the booster does a land landing.
Watching, I’m almost fooled by how effortless it seems. Then I’m brought back to reality and think there are hundreds of people behind the scenes making it look almost routine when it’s anything but routine. Job well done ladies and gentlemen. As someone who has used Starlink for internet service, thank you.
Why did the video cut out on landing? And how do we know that the landing was successful?
Does one hear the sonic boom at ground level when she goes supersonic ?

@@stephendrummer1542 altitude was around 7 or 8 km.. 10 miles means almost 16 km..
@@Ps..India2024 I typed miles, meant km, oops, but do they here the sonic boom back near the launch pad and surrounding area?
