      I've worked for Stanley steemer and I was fantastic but not everyone did it like me. I was very clean and kept up with all of my equipment and tools. I did the very best I could and they laid me off because my sales were to low. Fuck Stanley steemer it's not what it used to be that's a fact but I really did try every day as hard as I could and still couldn't do great.

    I just had Stanley Steamer at the house yesterday. They did none of this. Didn’t move the furniture, missed significant areas on rugs, didn’t vacuum first, as advertised, and the process looks more like lukewarm water than steam.

    I work for Stanley steemer and from what I just watched was professionals at its best but this video isn't what it's actually like when you don't have proper training to be professional at your job. Management is horrible and has to be changed in order for things to go smoothly and properly. I've worked for Stanley Steemer for 2 months and previously worked for a carpet cleaning company not as big but was much more organized than this. If you think you will get quality service think again because none of what you see in this video is being taught to anyone.

    Is a customer for Stanley steemer what you should do before they come is find an inconspicuous spot and dirty it was something like juice or sugar ashes or dirt from outside after they leave make sure they clean the entire area the vacuum system that they use is attached to a motor that's in their van so it can go into the floor past the carpet to suck up you should be able to tell the difference once they left if they did it or not and for those who work for Stanley steemer they will fire you if you're 5 minutes late that company is really not to work for at all

    I would just use water for protector and deo🤷🏽‍♂️ when it comes to Stanley it’s not about quality it’s about quantity you must sell sell sell as long as you had good sales number doesn’t matter if you did good job or not I’ve worked more multiple franchises and was a previous lead tech for two branches

    • @wesleymcclain2514

      Yes many Stanley employees get lazy on jobs and half ass them when people only spend bare minimum on there cleans and expect us to do a miracle cleaning on them for 20 bucks for that job that was supposed to only take 30 mins turns into a 2 hour job means I work 10 bucks an hour which is bullshit and you customers need to know when you see a carpet tech that tech only gets a commission from what they add on to the ticket so they don't get paid for doing your house sometimes and the customers have attitudes also so it just makes everything harder for everyone. I've had customers totally get over on me and I've had to pay for there entire bill so no not all customers are right. Some of you are greedy as all hell and expect way too much from a steam clean.

    • @wesleymcclain2514
      @wesleymcclain2514 ปีที่แล้ว

      One more thing if you're one of those people scared to come off money then don't call Stanley Steemer. Stanley's reputation is big and for you to call on professionals to come out to your house to do a job for you stop trying to pay bare minimum because you will never get exactly what you pay for especially if you have an attitude with the tech. Carpet cleaners clean and sanitize your carpets but they don't perform miracles that get every single stain out and make your carpet look brand new again is impossible. So STOP assuming Stanley can do that for ya and don't expect way too much if you pay so less and don't want to come off anymore just stop calling the professionals if your such a broke person cause we can't stand to listen to y'all complain for a practical free clean paying only 109 with ya cheap asses.
