Hi! Thanks for the video. I was able to set everything up except for zapping ManyChat to my FUB. The name is moving over just fine, but when I try to trigger it to bring over the email address and source, I keep getting an error message saying "No data mapped value" for those two fields. Do you know why this might be happening?
This was absolutely fantastic, only challenge I had after watching this was the zapier integration with fub. For some reason under source it doesn't have the last channel tab... anything else I can use? It's not popping up on my fub 😢😢😢

Great Content! if someone is a returning IG user to the DM's, but on a different post trigger (property, guide, etc) is it possible to start the interaction in the DM as if you already know who they are? For instance, if John and I interacted a month ago, can I set it up so I say "welcome back John!" and start a new path that will also update the contact in CRM with any new tags relevant to the new interaction? yes, absolutely you can! you'd just need to add a condition for 'name has any value' - if true, then send them to next step. if false, get their name. but definitely possible
