ManyChat will only send DMs to people who have commented a keyword. In other words, they are opting in to receive an automated DM. It may not be able to send to send to a private account depending on that person's settings.
I have an Instagram account and I find that I bring a lot of new leads to their instagram page and they also get bookings from that which they say but I can't know that 100% and I'm looking for a tracking software that does that for me that shows which people from my instagram went there, what their growth is in the time I was there etc. what software can you recommend?
There are different definitions for the term Bot. In this case, it is an automation system, that only works on people who actively engage and agree to be contacted. There is no unwarranted outreach involved. :)

Instagram detects when you use automation and they don't like it. Also, how do you send a DM to someone with a private account?
