    So you would recommend a monthly retainer for this kind of service? Or do you think a set-put fee per bot + small fee for management makes more sense?

    • @josuaspaeni
      @josuaspaeni ปีที่แล้ว

      Both make sense to me, you have to remember that if you wouldn't provide this service they would have to have a number of employees doing the same job whom would also get paid monthly. However depending on the size of the business I would use one of your two options. For example, big companies would be more willing to pay a higher monthly fee than small companies since to them that makes no big difference (either pay x amount of money to x amount of people or pay a monthly fee of x amount instead). For small companies the high installation fee and reduced monthly fee would be more attractive. Or at least that's what I would think. Since they dont need a lot of people for that kind of job and then they'd probably rather keep their employees instead of paying a high monthly fee for it.

      There's actually no need for them to share CRM and sensible data with you, one thing it happens to me is that I need to retrieve some dynamic data for my clients such as Room availability for hotels - and I do so by integrating the chatbot with their PMS or eCommerce businesses with their inventory for item availability for example.

    hey, I really like what you're doing. For your general knowledge, AWS stands for Amazon Web Service which is the cloud-based services provided by Amazon and S3 is the name of a data storage in cloud service (at 6:10). I'd advise you to look into AWS, as it can be very interesting when you run your own agency (or ask chatgpt about the benefits of AWS for an AAA/SMMA xD ).
    Ah yes, and you're being viewed from France! 🇫🇷

    Thanks LIam. great content. thanks.. ❤ How can I create a bot for a trailer booking company that has over 100 trailers, how to book without duplication. can you recommend another chatbot builder for this? Another question. What is a reasonable amount to charge for a simple bot like this one of yours, upfront and then a monthly of 500 for upgrading and possibly assisting with lead gen.

    Some people say that artificial intelligence is good, while others say that artificial intelligence makes people less intelligent. But basically, if we consider the goal, it doesn't matter if there is artificial intelligence or not, the important thing is that we should always take steps towards getting better, whether with artificial intelligence or without that dear friend.

    how do they get around the limited tokens,? Im finding all the bots and chatgpt itself limited at like 2000 tokens memory so it cant remember anything more than that amount. its a problem with any great prompts

      If you use that memory chances are your charging a client to use it

    When reaching out to a client, and proposing they check out the chatbot and test it's features, where would this "preview/testing" phase take place with the client if it isn't already embedded into their website? I'm assuming you do not want them to know where / how the bot is built, otherwise what is to stop them doing this manually without the need to pay me? Since it is so easy to do ... lol

    Nice vid bro! I am wondering. Is the process that you generaöly reach out to prospects telling them ylu already build them s chatbot. And than you only create a chatbot for those who are very interested? Or y build one for thst example niche with an example company on ylur website? (Because thst includes that I already have s good looking website) when starting out that is an unnecessary focus or not)? :)
