AWS S3 should be related to Amazon's cloud storage capabilites. I think the chatbot will have access to a company's data that runs on AWS too

AWS S3 is used for data storage for website and other web stuffs. Big sites store stuff there to speed up loading, etc. etc.

Hey Liam, I don’t understand how you would move your chatbot into a clients website section. Looks really easy when it’s your own website you made, but how would you get access to theirs
You just send them the script tag from botpress and they will copy and paste into their website
There is even inexpensive custom gpt out there .. they even find the clients for you and it is just a one time payment no monthly or recurring payments.

By far the best hustle yt video!! Thank you for this but I have a question. You've built the demo custom ai model using the entire site. How can one improve that model and offer it as "premium package"? What are specific improvements that can be made using CustomGPT or other tools? You're the best!
hey, I really like what you're doing. For your general knowledge, AWS stands for Amazon Web Service which is the cloud-based services provided by Amazon and S3 is the name of a data storage in cloud service (at 6:10). I'd advise you to look into AWS, as it can be very interesting when you run your own agency (or ask chatgpt about the benefits of AWS for an AAA/SMMA xD ).

What would you use if you wanted a more complex version of this? The customgpt seems a little basic

so i have one thing on my mind when it comes to this strategy. if i would want to make this a monthly based service, i would need to bring a constant value to my client. not only implementing chat bot. i dont know if there is much space for things other than that
i had the same thought, i was thinking they could do a one time payment for it and then use that to advertise the other things i can help them do instead
i went deeper into topic of chatbots and other ai related things and maintanance costs money. for example ai chatbot (cuz thats what aiming for) has a specified cost per message so you can charge client monthly just in sake of keeping the bot up. your idea is also great. yoou can advertise other things and charge for them too
they need to pay monthly for hosting it.
or you could provide 2 updates and help manage the leads. Add additional services such as SEO optimization etc

They don't have time to learn about it, people pay for convenience
The thing is if you build their bot before they buy it, they will understqnd how eqsy it is to build qnd they will buid it themselves. You will just give them a free very good improvment for their compqny.

You mean giving this as a 'freebie' regarding the set-up, right? Since you have to pay for the bot every month, that would be done by the client by transferring the ownership to them right? Or you would pay yourself and charge your client a monthly fee?

In this case most probably the ROI will be measured by the amount of time and money and also effort the client saved in short term and long term

So you would recommend a monthly retainer for this kind of service? Or do you think a set-put fee per bot + small fee for management makes more sense?
Both make sense to me, you have to remember that if you wouldn't provide this service they would have to have a number of employees doing the same job whom would also get paid monthly. However depending on the size of the business I would use one of your two options. For example, big companies would be more willing to pay a higher monthly fee than small companies since to them that makes no big difference (either pay x amount of money to x amount of people or pay a monthly fee of x amount instead). For small companies the high installation fee and reduced monthly fee would be more attractive. Or at least that's what I would think. Since they dont need a lot of people for that kind of job and then they'd probably rather keep their employees instead of paying a high monthly fee for it.
$500 mth, or $6,000 a year up front. Is there any or much maintenance involved? Have you yourself sold this service and tested it?
We tie this package in with our other services, but $500-1000 a month with a setup fee is the preference, it all depends on complexity and the nature of the client

You can use any niche that would save time and money from the service you provide. Accountancy is just an example that follows the principles of a good niche.

Liam, would you be able to setup the chatbot to access google information instead of the website if it doesnt have enough information on the website?
Then the information becomes relatively general and might lose the connection to the clients services.

how do they get around the limited tokens,? Im finding all the bots and chatgpt itself limited at like 2000 tokens memory so it cant remember anything more than that amount. its a problem with any great prompts

It can be in the thousands of dollars monthly. It depends how you sell your chatbot. Yes, this is easy to do, but not everybody knows that nor have any interest in it, nor would take the time to do it, but rather employ a contractor to have the chatbot setup.
