Never turn the auger off while its still in the ground. If you ever get one stuck from doing that you'll wish like heck you hadn't. They are really a pain in the ass to take off and twist out by hand. Just some friendly advice from someone who has messed up before.
Beginner's mistake. I try to show my mistakes as I make them without editing them out so others may learn from them. As they say live and learn! Thanks for the question and watching!
Mike Eldredge I really like the grapple! I was able to clean up storm tree damage in no time once I got it. I had put it off for a year because I just did not have the energy or time to get to it. Stay safe!
Is this a pd10 or pd15
PD10 If I recall.
Need to take a course on how to properly dig a post hole little buddy, slow and steady!
Why were you digging at an angle ?
Keep that up and your gonna break something. Drilling at a angle like that puts lots of stress on the rotating components.

So much for a straight post:)
Well, it's been about a year now and I was wondering if the auger is still funtioning?
It is but I really don't use it a lot.
so....... do you like your trees crooked?
OK I know it's been a while but we just got a BX series Kubota and I want to find a post hole digger for it where did you find this auger
It's a land pride post hole digger that I got from my dealer. I have some mixed feelings about it. Its effectiveness really does depend on ground.
Here is one of my follow up videos.
