Hi I’m planning to buy a rental property in PA. Can you suggest places in PA. It needs to be populated, diverse with working individuals. It needs to be a safe place for family too.
I highly doubt Ill ever live in NJ again. If I had to move back to the Northeast, PA would be a strong contender. Her in CA, property tax is assessed at 1%. Homes in the Central Valley of CA is reasonable and you get more bang for your buck (45minutes from the mountains and 2 hours away from the beach).

Southeast PA houses are a lot more expensive than South Jersey though . They just have higher property taxes
