What about the MaxWire of FKG? I understand it has both austenitic and martensitic properties depending on the temperature! This is quite difficult to absorb, metallurgy is very confusing...
I would respectfully argue that 'with proper glidepath' the advantage of the martensitic files is mostly just the ability to pre bend. Therefor the hybridized technique is likely more advantageous using the pre bended file earlier on. Also I think you may want to reconsider promoting autoclaving files after a single use for file safety, cross contamination, etc. Thanks for the videos
+Mohammed Khattari I don't know Dentsply's motive but don't forget that Vortex Blue is not a true Martensitic file like KontrolFlex. It's mixed an in the middle of the spectrum. It's closer to the new KontrolFlex Version 2. The original Kontrolflex will unwind very quickly... and the unwinding doesn't mean much. It's like pre-bending for that file. Maybe Vortex Blue is more austenitic than martensitic.
Thank you very much, Dr Nasseh. very helpful
Thank for the great info dear doc🌹🌹
Thank You. I feal like advancing with your knowlidge on important for me topics.
Very informative, Thank you master. 12:55 you filled canal with 30/4 taper guttapercha but file was red. İs it equal?
Great!!
Why do we decrease size as we get deeper in advanced cases, even though this is the critical zone (apical portion of canal)
That’s the essence of Crown Down technique.

Single use file are too expensive. Not affordable for everyone
Just as you mentioned the length increases when in un-winds... does the tip diameter of the file change when it un-winds?
+Dr.Khatavkars Dental Clinic You can't compress the metal, so no, it shouldn't get thinner.
Dentsply recommends discarding a Vortex Blue file when it winds. Do you think that is because of the mixed metallurgy or another reason?

all of this type of stainless steel
