They were by far the best evil power rangers in the series. They lasted for multiple episodes, actually posed a threat to the rangers, had their own individual personalities and a suit design that wasn't just a copy of the power rangers with some black thrown in.

The fact that the Rangers were running at full speed and the Psycho Rangers STILL, not only caught up with, but passed them. Still kinda scary to this day. I remember being petrified as a kid when I first saw them.
Watched this season for the first time a few years back. Objectly speaking probably the best season of PR imo. Such a long list of great things including a plethora of goldar type reoccurring villains, virtually every episode having a braveheart esch fight scene, zordons death, the silver ranger, TMNT, hover boards and no to mention the MFing psycho rangers!! Truly great season

In the japanese version Megaranger when Dr. Henilar created the Nezirangers to drain King Javious' energy they succeeded in killing him in their final battle with the Megaranger's. So why didn't it work in Power Rangers?

Psycho Black = Pride, The quiet and calm one, the one with most honor and loyalty Psycho Red = Lust, He became so obsessed with wanting to destroy the red ranger and only the red ranger not caring for others, Astronima, himself, the rest of the Psycho's or the other rangers. Psycho Silver = Wrath. While fake, this one didn't want his silver counterpart but wanted to destroy all rangers. Psycho Green = Envy. He was jealous and wanted attention and power like his fellow rangers had, and turned them and turned to evil to get it.
When I started rewatching the Psycho Rangers saga, i was literally looking at there monster forms and the how they were able to turned into spirit. I think there a better explanation as to where they actually come from and i really do think they're connected with the Demon in Lightspeed Rescue. Because I'm pretty sure the Demon in Lightspeed Rescue can turn into Spirits, i mean they did it in the very first episode. It would make sense for the Psycho Rangers to turn into Spirits or Ghosts. And looking at the Psycho Rangers monster forms look like they would fit with Demon's from Lightspeed Rescue. Plus not to mention they had Psycho Red monster form in the very first episode in Lightspeed Rescue. That monster could've been a clone of Psycho Red monster form. I seriously think there definitely some connection with Psycho Rangers and the Demon's in Lightspeed Rescue.
Actually its debatable if she's the strongest since she's the only one that survived the Space/Lost Galaxy team up. Once she acquired the savage sword she's definitely stronger than Psycho Red.
She's also the only one to succeed in getting a Ranger killed, since Kendrix died because of her. And Cassie would have died too, so she would have taken at least one Pink Ranger with her either way.
My favorite villains of all Power Rangers. Take the idea Rita used when she made Tommy an evil Ranger but instead of a mind manipulation that could be undone, they did it because they were created that way. I'd love to see a special episode where every Psycho gets a monster form and they're so powerful it takes several Ranger teams in several Megazords to take down

I like that the Psychos seem like twisted versions of the original versions, perhaps swapping out Black & Blue. Psycho Red, Yellow, Pink, and Green seem almost exactly like dark versions of Jason, Trini, Kim, and Tommy respectively. Psycho Blue seems more like Zack and Psycho Black seems more like Billy (in seasons 2 &3 at least)

The Psycho Rangers and Zen Aku were my favorite PR villains and I don’t remember any ranger team struggling as much as Space and Wild Force did against these villains.

NejiPink/Psycho Pink was the most tenacious from day 1. Even in Megaranger, so her outliving the rest of her team makes sense when you think about it. She wasn't quite as obsessed as NejiRed/Psycho Red or NejiBlue/Psycho Blue but she was the most tenacious and vicious of all five Neji/Psycho Rangers even back in Megaranger and In Space.
Cool designs of the Psycho Rangers, including as they turn into monsters, they were overconfident and defeated more once by the Rangers, Awesome evil Rangers
Does any fellow Power Rangers fan realize that Power Rangers and the MCU are essentially twin universes? This is something I came to realize but saw no debates or discussions on. I think it's worth talking about considering the MCU is one of the biggest properties out there.

At this point in time the Psycho Rangers are alive and well and roaming the galaxy as anti-heroes, thanks to Karone. They even have names (I forget if they named themselves or if Karone named them though). Seriously. It might be a separate canon from the television series but its worth a read and coverage could net you some more watch time.

The only one who is actually Xybrian at this point is Psycho Green (Trek). The Sonic Rangers are part of Trek's backstory, exclusively, and are not affiliated with the Psycho Team in any other regard. Besides, the way that Trek's former team treated him I can't imagine he would want to work with them again.

One thing to note about Psycho Black that he had no qualms taking on Damon (the Green Galaxy Ranger) since there is no black ranger in the Lost Galaxy team.
If they bring the psychos back they would reworked them into fighting every team in the Power Rangers universe. Of course some teams don't have a pink or yellow rangers so exclude those.

One thing to note about Psycho Black that he had no qualms taking on Damon (the Green Galaxy Ranger) since there is no black ranger in the Lost Galaxy team.

Yeah. Magna Defender is the closest thing to a Black Ranger in Lost Galaxy.

That's because green and black are interchangeable and are in the same position on the team.
I understand Goodall. What I meant was technically the Magna Defender suit is black, however, that is true green and black are interchangeable.
If they bring the psychos back they would reworked them into fighting every team in the Power Rangers universe. Of course some teams don't have a pink or yellow rangers so exclude those.
