    The spacer goes behind the plate onto the thermostat bolt

    just fyi the spacer on the small bolt goes behind the bracket, not in front like a washer like you have it in the video, if you look at the supercharger pulley downward at you bwk pulley i guarntee it is probably sitting crooked asf.

    Thanks for sharing your install. I"ve got a 80 mm fixed pulley on my S55 and been debating whether or not to add the BWK. What were your impressions with the power delivery with the BWK? Any improvements...low end, mid range. top end?

      @turbocraz1  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I definitely felt an improvement with low end power and mainly top end i had alot of belt slip before and this helps alot. Theres a road i can usually test some speed on and i could usually get 130mph on after the BWK got it to 150mph. Definitely worth the money for the gain.

    Nice job, what are the torque settings for the double idler and belt Tensioner pulley please?

    • @turbocraz1

      Pretty snug not to tight u can strip the torx end out MB puts blue loctite on to so u dont have to go crazy on it.

    Hi zerolimit 412 i have a problem with my current BWK were it keeps destroying the alernator belt have you had any issues since installing this one ?

    • @turbocraz1

      Hi. Sorry to hear that i have not had any issues like that, seems like one of your accessorie pulley bearings might be seizing up I would pop the belt off and check each one and make sure they spin freely and dont have any play and dont sound crunchy check the double idler pulley that plastic pulley could have a crack or somthing causing it to shred the belt to.

    Hey Zerolimit, I'm about to pull the trigger on the Creative Steel BWK this weekend - how's the kit been upholding up for you since the time you installed it. Have you encountered any issues? There are few other kits in the market (UPD, VRP...), but this one is nicely priced.

    • @turbocraz1
      @turbocraz1  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its great for the most part only little issue i had was that theres a bolt for the bracket thats near the tensioner pulley and the pulley would just kiss it so i had to grind the head of the bolt half off works perfect now.

      @@gametrix1297 I ended up purchasing the UPD kit and it's been rock soild. For my 80mm fixed pulley the kit included a 525 belt, however I went with a smaller 495 Green Belt HD with no belt slip. The 525 wasn't tight enough and would move on the grooves.
