I converted a standard putter into an Armlock style, and this is my first testing. These putters involve a lot of fitting to optimize it to your setup.

dont think putter is legal if it goes past elbow

You are correct. It's tough to tell with the shirt he's wearing, but this looks to be anchored to his forearm, which is ok.
