Wow and amen! My mom has basically the same story! Except, she developed epilepsy during her pregnancy with me 35 years ago. She "recommitted" her life to Jesus as well and then prayed about it and hasn't had one since! And that was in 2015 (I believe it was that year, because that's when they moved).
If you're like myself and like to read the comments before watching a movie, if you can trust in my singular opinion - this is a wonderful movie. I highly recommend it.

This movie made me cry. My grandma is just like her. I am 27 and still, my grandma wakes up early in the morning to make food for me, though I can take it for my lunch. Grandparents are a blessing for everyone. We should take care of them.
This is such a great story! The only part I disagree with is when the pastor says "do you think Jesus feared pain", well, I think the Bible does describe that Jesus did have some fear before he was crucified. It's natural to fear and try to avoid pain, physical and emotional. The important part is to live our lives fully, and if pain comes, face it with courage as Jesus did, and persevere through it knowing God is always with us.

Long story short I was put in a place where the Bible came alive for me and Ive never been the same person, I live for Jesus every day and Im looking up for my redemption is drawing near, come Lord Jesus.
I had seen this movie twice. Now the third time. Beautiful message of Faith, Hope and Love. When God has a plan for us that we might not understand at the moment, but He will see us through it. He does work in mysterious ways and will put the right people in your path.

God works in mysterious ways, even he takes a disease and use it for our own good, if it was not for her situation, she would have never met her grandma or Ben. This movie helps us to realize that not every bad situation is bad as it seems, there is a hidden blessing only when we look at it with faith.
I had anxiety in the beginning oh Grama!!! Then I started to trust God again!! What a beautiful movie! Jesus looked at us with a heart of compassion. May God fill as with compassion we are busy and selfish! May I live longer to be there for others till my last breath but most to win souls for the Kingdom of God. Y’all are blessed

Same here in the beginning, grandma was losing her post along the way. And the driving. I really enjoyed that. Lots of humor with the strong feeling of love, faith and lots of passion.

Loved it!! Reminded me of my lovely granny who passed away on 16th sep 2020 at the age of 88. My whole life has shattered, a golden hand with a heart of gold taken away from me. ....words are hollow at this point.. grandparents love their grandchildren more than their own children. I was my granny's favourite..she never saw any flaw in me , if there was she said only one that I'm short tempered which was a flaw in the eyes of my entire family except my dad who seconded my granny that it's a flaw but it doesn overshadow a hundred other goodness in me.

Wow, such a beautiful story, smiled all thro esp during Ben and Rachel's scene. Ben, Rachel and Mama Rose have nailed it. Came out so naturally. Mama Rose has brought it so clearly to never judge a book by its cover, the doctor dint think she would take care of Rachel, but Mama Rose believed in herself taking me back to Philipians 4:13
my youngest sister always said she didn't want to get old and wrinkley.....i begged her to NOT say that.....she died from cancer at age 32......i was devastated...........
We are all afraid of how courageously we will deal with the problems of old age, but take comfort in reminding yourself that millions of others have already gone through this. Just make sure you know what will be your fate after death, tomorrow or in 60 years' time.
FEAR is the biggest rivalry of FAITH, but if u let God hold your hand and let him lead you into the right path that he has planned it for you ,all u have to do is just to follow him with all your faith , follow the path that where God wants u to take. And everything will fall into place.

Nearly brought me to tears. I miss my Grandma who passed away 6 yrs ago at 96 yrs old --and this sweet lady reminds me so much of her 🩷

After watching this short film. I just remember my grandma. It reminds me of everything. Her exceptional love and care for me. Grandma's are really amazing and worth loving for. They're like our second mother too. I MISSED MY GRANDMA SOO MUCH. Thank you for this movie. It reminds everyone of us about having a strong faith in GOD. Nothing is really impossible with GOD.

Loved it!! Reminded me of my lovely granny who passed away on 16th sep 2020 at the age of 88. My whole life has shattered, a golden hand with a heart of gold taken away from me. ....words are hollow at this point.. grandparents love their grandchildren more than their own children. I was my granny's favourite..she never saw any flaw in me , if there was she said only one that I'm short tempered which was a flaw in the eyes of my entire family except my dad who seconded my granny that it's a flaw but it doesn overshadow a hundred other goodness in me.

Wow, such a beautiful story, smiled all thro esp during Ben and Rachel's scene. Ben, Rachel and Mama Rose have nailed it. Came out so naturally. Mama Rose has brought it so clearly to never judge a book by its cover, the doctor dint think she would take care of Rachel, but Mama Rose believed in herself taking me back to Philipians 4:13
