Such an inspiring story! Brooke Ellison never gave up hope when most people would have! She had an encouraging family that made such a huge difference in her life!
A beautiful movie but sad that happened to her the sacrifice her family made to help her get her education! Amazing!
Loved the film. I'm so happy that Brooke didn't give up, and she had her mum support her all the way from being hit by the car and taken to the hospital having treatment and cared for knowing she will be in the wheelchair for the rest of her life .Brooke went back to school, and the university and further education afterwards. Her family was so proud of her and supported her through her life. The film was so moving and sweet and ups and downs but pulled through together for Brooke to have a decent life. We all shouldn't take life for granted it is precious. 😮😢😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
I second that. When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Brooke and her mom worked to realize her dreams of graduating college and to pursue a career in public policy. A physical disability can impede some parts of one's life. But, if we look beyond that i😮mpediment, the future of your life is limitless. Brooke proved that anything is possible. This story inspires all of us to reach for the stars and believe in ourselves. 🙏🙇♀️✝️⭐️💗

With out the great support of her mom, dad and the rest of the family, none of it would have ever happened. So sad after hearing the news of her passing at the age of 45 😢.

could not watch it anymore, it is so similar to our family life, our son was shaken by his babysitter at 13-month and rushed to hospital, then we started life as in this movie.
How awful for someone to abuse your precious child, I am sorry. I take so much for granted, in the middle of the movie I had to pause and thank God.

firstly it shows us how precious life is and that we must never say to ourselves that I still have time afterwards to do something or do good to the people who love us and whom we love.
I had a stroke a year ago, and since then I think that, as Brooks said in this film [the Miracle exists] but you also have to want it, force it, it is not free, and above all recognize that it is not given to everyone.
My dogs, and several persons for their kindness and cares which was given to me as second chance and allow me to return to have a life very close to normal again.

I remember watching this with my family and I asked why didnt the family sue or why wasnt the man in prison like other involuntary manslaughter cases... and they said bc Brooke (a child) said she didnt look both ways. 🙄 I pass by that area all the time on LI and you CAN see in front of you. Seems the man was distracted and never even did a public interview

What a story I can't imagine how they got through all that time in hospital and the way they went through first I wasn't gonna watch it but her second name is like mine but mine is with A for Allison not E for Ellison so I,m glad I watch it it,s a very moving and I cried my eyes out 😭😭😭 May you rest in peace Brooke and an Angel in heaven 🙏💗🙏

My heart went out to the husband and other children that were so neglected by the mother/wife and all because this little girl had a rebellious heart as a child and didn't want to obey her parents and take the bus!
I think they should show this to high school and college students. Maybe i will scar them not to drink and drive. Maybe even adults need to watch it.
