Want to make some serious money, get some sheep going with a spinnery to convert the wool to cloth and feed that into a tailor that will make cloths. I they're worth aprox $30k/kL at max price, which is March I think. In general, don't sell your crops or raw materials directly, feed them into production chains as that will always generate more money

I would say a good rule for the loans is that you are allowed to take a loan out upwards of 500K and once u have taken a loan out say if u choose like 125K you cant take anymore out until you pay the loan back and also that before taking another loan out you have to wait like a month but of course the rules can be stretched to a margin and chaged slightly if needed, also the money is only allowed to be spent on equipment or machinery no passive income generators and that the money from the loan can not spent to repay the loans (of course you cant like make sure u dont but im talking like 25k+ so anything over 25K isnt allowed to go on the loan to pay it back it has to be ur own money to make it more fair)
Honestly the waiting on the bales doesn’t trigger me as much as the tight turns you make for the windrows. 😅 When baling IRL we always did the field like a Zamboni does the ice (split in the middle), that way you never have to make a hard u-turn (but then again we were using a kicker baler with an attached kicker trailer so tight turns were impossible).
Loving the content! Maybe a bit more fast paced though? I feel like the majority of the episode covering one contract will drag on the series. Looking forward to the future!
John deere needs a front loader. I also think you can unload that trailer into the bin. Just dump it in front of it. You need to buy that trailer. Can you buy a set of rear forks. Than you could haul 2 bales with one tractor. And have the AI run them around.
I never understood if the making a billion dollars is a joke or not. Because if you want to actually make a billion you should just do cotton it is absurdly profitable (just lease the gear)
You don't use mods but what precision farming it'll help you save money by not using as much material when you put it on auto and it just gives you more information about your field and the money you put in and the money you earn. I don't play without it
Please buy the flatbed configuration of the base game tipper from new farmer mode. Renting that massive trailer at almost the same cost as the flatbed is bonkers. Also, sell all your silage bales at the peak. You're sitting on at least a hundred thousand dollars.
You made like 2-3k after renting the trailer and turned down a 23k contract which was 1/3rd of your net worth. I love the content but at this rate it’s going to take a while. Haha.

Did you know you can unload the bales in front of the bin and it will sell them instead of having to use your front end loader
Yeah! You can just tip the trailer in front of the the bio gas dumpster you don’t need to use your loader

Jake if you do control+v it lifts and lowers at the same time. Also if you do control+b it turns it on and off at the same time too.😊

You could farm Cotton like Klutch. He really scaled quickly with those cotton bales.
CTRL+B to activate both tools and CTRL+V to lift and lower no mod needed.
