Hello sir You don't need to get police verification certificate, that will be done by RTO where you are going to register, you just need to obtain NOC from the original RTO

No sir, life will not be extended, in this case, 2009 model vehicle has got life upto 2024. But, after completion of 15 years, you can get an extension of 5 years

Yes sir invoice is needed, if it is not available then we can ask the dealer to provide a price certificate or sometimes the authority itself fixes the price, it depends sir.

No sir, you need to pay only around Rs.23500/- as the life of the vehicle is only 3 years left so tax calculation should be 1064000 x 11/100 x 3/15.

If 15 years life is over, then further 5 years extension will be given based on the condition of the vehicle and tax has to be paid for five years
