Coffee Powder - 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Hot Water - 4 tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 1cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/3 cup
For Chocolate Ganache :
Chocolate 100 gm
Cream - 30 ml
Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Assalamualykum. I followed the steps, ingredients n timing same as shown in video but whatever cake or cookies im making they are becoming crunchy from sides and bottom. Middle part is fine but sometimes middle part is not properly baked whereas corners n bottom part is over baked n becoming crunchy. Taste is good. Where am i wrong please suggest.
