I am recovering from a "revision " of my rt knee. Revision meaning the 18 year old replacement was removed and a new "total new knee" put in. Not at 100% yet, but getting there. It's better then it was, for sure. Almost impossible to kneel on it, but it's only 2 months of healing.

You are not kidding about colored concrete being a mess maker. I’ve poured some NYC streets with colored concrete. But the concrete had to be colored in the truck on site. The concrete dye came in small sacks, you added X amount of dye according to load size. You chucked the sacks right in the truck and let it mix up. Two problems. The dye powder is so concentrated and dry that if some spilled, it almost poured like a liquid and once it touched the skin, you were stained. Also, the dye sacks were thin paper designed to disintegrate in the mix once chucked it. So, they tore open if you looked at them the wrong way. Often I was drew the short straw to climb the truck ladder and throw the dye in. I had to suit up in a completely disposable suit made of contractor bags, lol. It was so bad that even fully armored up, I would shower at night and black or red dye would still wash out over the bathtub floor. Nasty nasty stuff. I envy you getting concrete colored at the batch plant!

The Home Owner needs to install a French Drain to remove the moisture in the ground. You can see the salt staining and damage on the internal garage wall (sign of significant moisture issues) - this house will have very damp foundations and requires a drainage system around the perimeter to resolve the issue. The French Drain should be installed 150mm below the floor level.
