My mom would never wear shorts because of her broken veins and wouldn’t show her arms because of the tops of her arms. Growing up watching her sweat and stay extra hot just because she was ashamed always baffled me. As I got older and got broken veins and large upper arms I started down that same path and that’s when I realized how blessed I am to have working arms and legs and that I wasn’t going to punish myself to appease others opinions. Girl you are amazing. Inside and out!!!! Let those arms and legs show . The best accessory you can wear is confidence

Our nephew went through a vase one time of growing his hair long. But he did it for a good cause and when he finally had it cut it was donated to Locks of Love to be made into a wig for a child who lost theirs during chemo due to cancer

My doctor said i could go to high schools and show the girls what happens as you grow old and not taking proper carw of your skin. Use high number SPF, and frequently refresh it. And never spend hours on end in the sun.

My arms are like that too. My right arm is bigger than my left. If they were both the same size I would be ok with it. I’m very self conscious about it so I always wear elbow length sleeves or three quarter.

If he even has 1 curl he has me beat. My hair is so straight its pathetic. But its thin, fine hair and i use gel and brush roller, and dry with a hair dryer. Or i use a curling brush that blows hot, warm, and cool air to set. Within an hour, my hair is going straight and falling over my face.

It’s ok for guys of any age to have long hair. I’m from 60s and it was awesome to see guys with long hair. My son had long hair as well. So if his parents like it and Ricky likes it long it’s a go. 😎

My arms are like that too. My
right arm is bigger than my left. If they were both the same size I would be ok with it. I’m very self conscious about it so I always wear elbow length sleeves or three quarter.

If he even has 1 curl he has me beat. My hair is so straight its pathetic. But its thin, fine hair and i use gel and brush roller, and dry with a hair dryer. Or i use a curling brush that blows hot, warm, and cool air to set. Within an hour, my hair is going straight and falling over my face.
