Ok girl give yourself some grace on your weight! You always have your makeup and hair done and look very nice. I'm trying to take some weight off as well...using my Cubi every day and trying to reduce sweets....it is harder at my age of 75!!!! Enjoy the Octoberfest!!!
I wouldn’t do Ozempic. Do you have an exercise buddy or a gym? Start walking, it’s the best!! If you want to lose weight, exercise with weights works the fastest. For me it’s just getting that first step. Getting in the gym and starting. One hour with a trainer, giving you a little routine and using the treadmill, is way cheaper than Ozempic. It’s also something you can maintain, where drugs are temporary. For me it’s always that first step of getting into the gym and starting. You’re a smart lady, you can do this!!! Hugs! 🥰

I just received matching gray hoodies from Temu for two of my granddaughters ( they’re,cousins). The sweatshirts have a kitty on them. They’re for Christmas. I start shopping early, Your sweater / shirt reminds me of the song, Ninety and Nine.’ About Jesus leaving the flock to go find his lost lamb.
Hi Mimi, I understand how you feel. We have all been there with gaining weight. Walking is what helps me loose / keep weight off. I know it’s not a good choice for you because of your knee. You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself. Us mothers/Grandmothers /caretakers, etc always put our needs last and we have to learn to put ourselves first when needed. Ps. I ordered the lashes from Temu and had no luck applying them. I tried and tried. 😆I was disappointed . I guess I don’t have the knack. lol😄

Love the red top. Love the yellow color on you ~ return and find another style that is not itchy or too tight, but the yellow color is beautiful on you. Do not like the beige top ~ too big and loose and baggy plus do not like the white string. You can find better. The other 2 black sweatshirts/t-shirts are darling and look great. I just made 8x tops into rag rugs because I am now down where I do buy 2x for the baggy, comfort like you like too. It's a whole new world for me, I was called a cow many times in my life and still get judged, even losing 302 lbs. You are so beautiful, Diane, but I understand how you feel inside. With the knee replacement, I couldn't do gym, but I cut carbs (keto) and did all my exercises from a chair to walking as much as I could. I am turning 58 in October and feel so much better.

I do not like the long whiteish sweatshirt lookin' thing,It make me think of a housecoat. I lost 11 lbs when I had heart surgery. It has been a year, and I have crept up to 153, it makes my back hurt, that is another story. So I quit bringing junk food in. I did buy ice cream the other day..but by not having it in the house, I have to opt for apples, pears, kiwi..celery with cream cheese, healthier things..
Cut out all carbs/sugar and you’ll lose naturally. Yes it takes planning, but so does any meal. Another TH-camr cut out everything wheat and sugar and lost tremendously. She feeds a family 6 and more sometimes. No weight loss pill, shot, ect is going to work till we change our eating intake. If I remember correctly you said you had a weight loss surgery. I worked at an Orthopedic office and there is gel injections that they could give you to put cushion in between the bones to help you for now. Have you went to an Ortho doctor? Ask them about that. You can get them like every 6 months.
listen up LOL you have to take care of yourself because if your legs get bad then what will happen to the girls get some one to help you if your replacing any part of your leg like hip or knee it takes about 3 to 4 weeks ive had 4 hip replacement and 2 knee replacements the knees are the worst but i can tell of how long you stand i think you will do great so please take care of yourself sending love to you and your family

Love the tops that cream color one love it plus it looks nice on you I always cut the string out I would definitely keep it. That little dress for Abby is adorable.
