Dear Sir, I'm suffering from knee pain in my left leg which I got while running 5 months back in Dec 2020. I consulted with Physiotherapist, did all the excercises, took all precautions but since last one month, I'm suffering from the knee pain again. I got no injury, no swelling when I got the pain first time while running. Even I had no fracture but I'm totally unaware why this pain is troubling me. I mean I had no swelling when I got hurt 5 months back. I got the X-Ray in the last week but it had nothing to be treated. But I still have the pain. I feel weakness in my knee joints. Please help me. I don't want to undergo a surgery.

2)Mild knee joint effusion seen.
3) Bony contusion in lateral epicondyle of femur.

It has been already a month..but still walking with crutch,My knee doctor suggest Light leg lifting exercise..
