My number one goal is to go through with more ambitious projects going beyond the conceptual stage.
@@oneinathousand2156 That's a great goal! I always have ideas for projects, starting them is the hardest part 😅
My goal is to paint as many paintings as possible and try to make more realistic paintings and try new types of paint
The self stretched canvas is such a sweet gift I'm so unreasonably excited about it :')

If you have a surface sealed with matte medium (mb gloss medium too!) The Pitt Artist pens will have a longer open time which will allow you to blend them.
Ooh thank you so much! I'll have to try that out, it totally makes sense, as the paper wouldn't absorb the ink so quickly!
I have that pitt artist pen lilac, and I use it so much!

It really is! LOVE that color 😍
A tip for cleaning oil paint off brushes is just using regular dove soap and hot water. It's super cheap, odorless, and effective!
Thank you for sharing your journey as an artist. BTW mineral oil (baby oil) is truly excellent for cleaning oil painting brushes (followed by soap and water as always).

Another Emily here lol. I've been watching alot of art hauls, but I also go based on voices(weird I know) I've hit next on like 20 TH-camrs, as soon as you said the first word I was like yessssss someone with a calm voice, and a great name 😅 also I live north from you about 2 hours, my sister lives in Newmarket, I have bad anxiety around busy places though so I've only been to Toronto about 4 times in my life haha. Great video by the way! Now I need to binge the rest 👍

I totally have that thing where my own voice sounds terrible to my own ears- but I'm so happy it sounds okay to others 😅 I have anxiety too, and it used to be triggered by busy places (the Eaton centre was my nightmare lol), it's been better recently, but it definitely comes back sometimes.
