@@Sruthi-k-nair Yes, BPH leads to straining during micturition which could possibly lead to increased abdominal pressure coupled with the fact that BPH is a disease of elderly men who may have weak abdominal wall, hence hernia is common in these conditions.

Sir I read somewhere nocturia is even when person wakes up once during night to micturate..but sir here you said two or more..please tell what's right?

According to ICS 2018, current definition of nocturia is waking up to pass urine during the main sleep period(FN1)
FN1:- The first nocturia episode must be preceded by sleep and subsequent nocturia episodes must be followed by the intention of getting back to sleep
Although it has controversies but the present definition is this
