The Power Of A White Crappie Grub. Multiple Species Caught.

- I decided to change it up a little and try for some Crappie. I tied on a jig head and baited it with a white grub soft plastic. There was more than just Crappie interested in it.

Caught my PB pike on a tiny grub one size smaller than that. My fav lure for sure.
@phil6844 that's awesome. Funny how we buy all the fancy lures to try and give us the best chances, but it seems like the basics are the way to go.
Ya grubs work great for pretty much any species of fish. And I think white and black are some of the best colours. I catch northern pike,walleye,rainbow trout,brook trout,lake trout, bull trout and small mouth bass on them up here in Canada.
Fish candy! I have always wanted to take a fishing trip into Canada. The boundary waters are on my bucket list.

Use a lighter jig head so you can slow your retrieve and you will catch more of those crappie
