Hello everyone I hope you are fine
Today we make a very quick and easy recipe with simple ingredients and at home.
MATERIALS
1 tablespoon. granulated sugar 20 grams.
1 teaspoon. fast yeast 5 grams.
1 piece. egg.
1 cup. warm milk 200 ml.
4 tablespoons. vegetable oil 25 ml.
3 cups. 360 grams of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon. salt 6 grams.
For the filling.
150 grams of cheddar cheese.
150 grams of feta cheese. (does not matter the type of cheese)
1 piece. Red pepper
1 piece. long pepper
dill, nigella, sesame
For the top, 1 grain. egg yolk.
Let's bake in 180 ° C oven for 25 minutes.

I made it over the weekend. It is a heavy type bread once done but slice in pizza slices makes a great sandwich. I had some maple honey roast turkey on it with mustard

I’ve been making a version of this all my life! I use garlic, dill, in the dough, onion, red & green bell peppers, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses for my cheese mixtures.... it’s delicious!

@@ushapanjwani4102 oh noooo, nooooo, nooooooo….it’s Not sour at all…. It’s like “cottage cheese,” which can be used if you don’t have any ricotta cheese. It’s got a little bit of salty taste I guess but nothing like feta cheese at all…
