The house is fascinating, the ground floor uniquely attractive. Pity the upstairs rooms are run of the mill - and the non-stop commentary in sometimes barely intelligible English is both irritating and unnecessary.
Thanks for watching. I will try to improve my English. Do you speak other languages? It's difficult to speak additional language and not have accent. Solutions include: 1) do not watch videos 2) open a yt channel yourself and run it how you want 3) watch the video in mute. Solution to your problem instead do not include: posting unnecessary comments that don't make sense.

My bisnonni del padre lived in a grotto like this in Modica, Sicily. I only saw a photo of the front door but never inside. This is the first time I saw the inside of a grotto casa. I am learning Italian and pronounce many things wrong too but I understand you perfectly. You show such unique properties.

What an amazingly beautiful and unique property. The timber mounting holes for a prior lean to roof is a fascinating bit of history, likely many hundreds of years ago.
One can only how the house was built on a huge boulder. Amazing and stunning views. Thank you for showing the beautiful town.

Beautiful house! Loved your video along with many of your others. I cannot imagine the effort it must have taken to chisel that rockface into the home with the technology at the time it was built. Look forward to finding my own Italian dream home.
A very unique little home. The only problem I would think with this would be damp, and that mold patch certainly looked like a warning. But with some AC and/or damp proofing |'m sure that issue could be fixed. Being summer here in NJ USA I am currently relearning what summer & moisture can feel like, so that is my only concern with this property. A lovely little home for a person or 2 in a very beautiful place. I'm sad I'm too old now to visit Italy again (visited a Masseria in Puglia a couple of years ago which was lovely). Thank you for your video - I'm sure you will find a happy buyer for this gem !

I've been following up with the damp and turns out it's "normal" when there's rock inside, to avoid that someone should go in the house every now and then to open the windows or alternatively install a dehumidifier. Thank you so much for commenting! Not sure how old you are, but when I did my honey moon there was a really old couple with us that absolutely nailed it!

Hearing the price I was expecting inside to see a rundown ruin. With a few stylistic changes this can become a fantastic mountain retreat.

There's hardly any natural light.
Actually on the upper floor is not that bad but of couse I know what you mean, it's a very peculiar house so you have to come to terms with such downsides :)
@@OneStopAbruzzo I don't mean to be critical. Homes here in Australia are built out of rendered foam which is far worse. However I do notice amongst many of those dwellings the natural light coming in is minimal.
