Another interesting thing I found with the newest map is that enemies are not purely based on the wave, but are actually influenced by the location you are in on that map. The "ninja turtles" spawn from ice, enemy flowers from specific patches of grass, etc.

Yes, that's so true. It took me a while to truly realize that and I kinda struggled to get the achievement where you have to kill 6000 kapas
I'd like there to be multiple DLCs, each with its own theme.
This was Japanese themed, so maybe another that is wild west themed and one that is future/post apocalypse themed. With updates improving the quality of old content to match the quality of the DLCs.

A more scary gothic theme or cosmic horror theme would be awesome. I would love more of the genuinely unsettling moments like the yellow sign unlock or unlocking the avatar
I hope they make a bunch of DLC with different themes and handcrafted maps.
I can't wait for a desert Egyptian gods kind of map maybe.
The dlc cost me $1.49 I think. It's worth it even if it's just to help the devs keep going
In Australia it costs $2.50 on the Xbox store, definitely worth buying just to support the devs.
Stopped playing VS around some time before the blue guy from the bridge was released. Even so, I will buy the DLC. The whole price of admission just for the hours I spent in VS and how much I enjoyed it, makes it simply worth it, if only to keep the lights on and assist the devs. Heck, in retrospect, if VS cost like 10-15Euros, it could still justify its price from the time you can spend in there and the replayability it offers.

Funfact about the 108 Bocce; It will deal damage equal to TWICE the difference between the character's luck % and curse %. So, can start to see 4 digit damage from with certain characters. This also means that if you increase the lower of these two stats you will reduce your damage.
I have to say that the ost in this dlc is on another level, it's SOOO good, I'd say even better than the music in the vanilla game, especially "Haze of night" (Syuuto's theme), I really hope they release more dlcs in the future.

I’ve already gotten more value out of the base game then I’ve paid for the base game and DLC combined. Until they catch up with that ratio, I feel like I’m getting the DLC for free.

With all the work the devs put in, for such a DIRT CHEAP price, I don't even know why price needs to ever be a point of contention in whether the game or its dlcs is worth it or not. At a base level it already had characters and content that eclipse regular market priced games. There's no reason to even imply a need to skimp out on like 2 more dollars on top of an already insanely cheap game that you're even bringing up something like civ beside. If you like the game AT ALL already, the extra change is worth the entire dlc by far. Especially to keep the devs afloat

Not only the DLC its very cheap, but Poncle even made the game free on mobile as if they felt like they had to conpensate us for the DLC charge 😂! Lucca, if you read this first let me apologize for probably misspelling your name and second, as long as your content keeps this same level of quality do not feel ashamed to charge ppl for it.
