Voltas ac വേടിച്ചു അവിടെന്ന്, വച്ച് പിറ്റേന്ന് കമ്പ്രസ്സർ ലീക്ക്, പിന്നെ അത് മാറി, റിമോട്ട് കംപൈന്റ്റ്, അത് മാറാൻ ചെന്നപ്പോ,മാറ്റി തരൂല എന്ന്, പിന്നെ മാറ്റി തന്നപ്പോ വേറെ ആരോ കംപ്ലൈന്റ് ആയിട്ട് repairന് കൊടുത്തത് എടുത്ത് തന്നു ഇങ്ങനെത്തെ ഒരോ പരിപാടികൾ ആണ് അവിടെ.
ഈ പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടാൽ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല കടയാണെന്ന് പക്ഷെ അവിടെ ഒരു സാധനം വാങ്ങാൻ പോയാൽ അവിടുത്തെ സ്റ്റാഫിനെന്റെ പ്രതികരണം കണ്ടാൽ നമ്മളെന്തിനാ ഇവിടെ വന്നതെന്ന് തോന്നിപോകും കഷ്ട്ടം
very poor service.. we visited the showroom to buy an air conditioner in Kollam kadappakada branch at the time of last summer. As soon as we walked in, we could feel the oppressive heat hit me-worse than outside. Even the staff were helpless and what they mentioned was that the owner is starting a new store and he/she is trying to save money by not using the ac in this showroom and thereby reduce electricity bill. the staffs were given order to not to switch on the ac... think about the staffs who are working in that showroom. we customers can walk out if we are not comfortable.. think about the staffs who works there for the whole day. i have mentioned the same in google review as well..
