Great review! It'd be nice if you did an update on how it's held up after a couple years. Your ESV Study Bible review was after a few years and it held up really well. I'm mainly interested in how the buffalo leather has aged and if there's issues with the paste down liners curling up etc. Thanks!
Thanks Jerry...This Buffalo stays by my bedside table and never really travels so it has not really aged much and the paste down cover remains intact as the first day I received. That said, I use other Bibles more for studying and traveling so this doesn't get the wear and tear as others might. Also, The Buffalo leather is nice but I would have recommended Crossway to add some "thickness" to the leather for longevity. I assume it is a bit thin to keep some of the costs down. Blessings my friend!
How does it feel in the hands? True handsome and comfortable? Is the print medium to dark? I hope so. I would love to get one in Buffalo leather if it is worth every dollar. Thanks for the video.
I would agree with you I want my Bibles to stay as pristine as possible when referring to possibly the leather cracking or creating issues with that but the good thing is you can always refer back to the lifetime warranty so it is a minor thing to worry about but if you have OCD like myself it would bug you but always remember the lifetime warranty
I have a Holman kjv leather touch brown kjv gaint print, my sister got me just as covid hit, she was at Walmart and the only bible left on the shelf that was left was that one, 30 dollars and I'll tell you it's the most beautiful bible I've ever seen.

Why do these publishers still do business with China. Crossway, Nelson, Zondervan, They should be ashamed. Not buying it.

You can clearly see it's a thin layer of leather on top of a cardboard. So when you bend the cover (cardboard), the leather creases. It looks perfectly normal to me.

About a goldilocks bible. I got on Amazon too. About 60 $.
