Use these steps --
1. Display adapter driver update issues(turn on in safe mode and resolve)
2. Issues with recent system updates or installations(delete updates or installation from program or disk cleanup option.
3. Laptop screen problem...connect your laptop with a monitor or tv with a VGA cable to check.
4. Check RAM & hard disk.
5. Try to access the boot menu if access it, it means your monitor works.
6. Boot your laptop with windows installation media like windows7, 8, or 10 (which in the laptop already exists)and choose the repair option to run system restore, image recovery, or startup repair.

@@peterreid7873 yes in my laptop window 10 was not supported so when I gave it for repairing then they again converted it into window 7 and now , any kind of problem is not coming , so I will prefer you to send it for repaing , because these such vidios will just waste your time , hope you understand and if your problem will solve after repairing than please reply.👍👍👍👍👍
