Set boundaries....never talk personal stuff at work .... work from home when possible, noise canceling headphones r awesome ... talk less and only when needed...spend time with people u get along with and try to be helpful even if r faking it lol ...never Trust them
I did this yesterday, pulled her to the side and told her that her comments in the meeting were rude and next time say what she needs to say one on one then we can hash it out but she is not to talk to me like she did in front of our peers again. She told me that I was right and then apologized.
I am FULLY convinced there ar people like this. And I work with them. I have left work with my head actually blown away because of the reactions of my coworkers. I will need to try this

I’m currently looking for a new job. A remote one. I’ve dealt with not only annoying coworkers but racism and micromanaging from not only management but my coworkers. I’m in the process of going formal with my case with HR. what I learn is keep record of all interactions take as much time away from your work space
The problem is that the annoying one is the most “valuable worker” in the company… she’s supposed to teach me but she doesn’t. She’s a bossy woman who think’s she runs the show… it’s unfortunately for the company but I’ll have to look for something else if she doesn’t change her attitude towards me !
If the person’s schedule ahead of you and when I get there later they tell me where I need to be (even though I see it on my calendar) with a loud annoying voice. I tried to tell them I seen it or any changes to write it down, but the person took it personally.
I wish this video was around 35 years ago. At that time, I was working in a toxic work environment. It wasn’t the work itself, not all but some of the people.

I'm just watching your video, but my second to last and last job it was the managers , then once your coworkers see it for themselves they start to acting a certain type of way as well because they don't want the managers to think they on your side and lose their job. So no next time I will just deal and to bad find another job . Meantion to anyone put your job at jeopardy or your every work day will be hell from that point especially if it's your manager or supervisor
Most important ratio for staying or leaving is the asshole per square-meter-ratio. The higher this ratio, the better is it to leave. That is my experience.😉PS: You are a great person. Keep on doing what you do.💪

Found this video at just the right time!! I’ve been dealing with a rude, disrespectful, immature annoying coworker for over 15 yrs. Great advice.
