300Kg of chicken! Aomori's fried chicken stall with a line of 100 people at 3:00 a.m.

- We asked Daian Shokudo, a famous fried chicken stall at the Tatehana Kishibe morning market in Hachinohe, Aomori, to take pictures this time.
This fried chicken stall sells an estimated 200 to 300 kg of chicken and more than a drum of fried oil in one day at this morning market.
(Moreover, the owner of the restaurant handles this amount of chicken almost by himself.)
Hachinohe is also a chicken producing area, and the chicken used here is freshly shipped directly from a local chicken plant.
The fresh chicken is seasoned almost exclusively with salt.
The freshly fried crispy battered chicken could be eaten as much as one wanted, and most people purchased chicken wings and other items by the dozens or even hundreds (the popular 800 half chicken wings sold out quickly in about 10 minutes; the rest of the chicken wings were sold out in about 10 minutes).
Anyway, Daian Shokudo has many fans.
The early birds started lining up around 10:00 p.m., but by the time the store opened (4:00 a.m.), there were already close to 100 people in line.
The Tatehana Kishibe morning market offers many inexpensive and delicious foods, and in addition to Daian Shokudo, there are many other attractive stores, making the photo shoot a truly enjoyable experience.

この屋台のフライヤーやバット、発泡箱に至るまで、機器備品の扱いがとてもキレイ。
一回使えば油でドロドロになるし、少しでも手を抜けば汚れは落ちなくなる。
仕事が丁寧で本当に素晴らしい。

i mean plenty of ppl work nights and graveyard and they will be hungry after work. ive worked graveyard for years and your options to eat at 3am is slim to none.
I usually snack at 1-1:30am. I usually do chips or Ramen or sometimes popcorn. If we eat at like 7:30-8pm like on Wednesday nights cause my mom works late, I’ll skip my snack that night. If we eat at 6-6:30, I end up eating something early in the morning

I would assume so, using corn starch in batter for fried foods is very common in Asia.
@@cpthammer Which Asia? Corn starch is barely used in Japan. We usually use potato starch (katakuri-ko) sometimes mixed with wheat flour or rice flour for karaage.
