    Nice ride review but should Contain pros and cons like the fact that there are reports battery and charger dangerously short out eventually customer service isnt really that great. I'm here to see if these issues have been fixed in 2021 before I think about buying one.

    Why you riding with the seat so low? Its more efficient when you leg has a slight bend so would make those lower levels of assist even easier.

      That advice applies more to racing bikes. On a bike like this, the pedals are a bit higher off the ground than racing bikes, so the seat needs to be lower.

    • @samiosmith
      @samiosmith 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Frustrated me as well… seat height looked set too low and it looks quite uncomfortable! Riding more than 10 miles like that will probably lead to injury!

    She looks a lovely bike and very smooth. Not so keen on those keys hanging upside down though on the frame.. that looks a bit iffy to me. Love the review and thanks for the clarification (albeit later in the video) that the bike was for private land only (as its over the 250w uk limit). Your website page for this does need to be updated to mention this though. Thanks for sharing!

      Yes I think that the big tyres could be an issue as they draw allot of attention. Riding a bike above 250w isn't gonna get you in much trouble to be honest loads of people do it. Have you been to a city recently? They are full of people whizzing around on 500w scooters. E-bikes are the least of the polices problems.

    • @Techniksalat

      @@Jack-ye6fm Hi there, how about the CE sticker somewhere under the seat. Is it obviously and easy to see, that this bike is the 750Watt version?
      I order the 250watt EU version with the 14A battery. Do you know if it’s possible, if I buy a 2nd replacement battery with 17A, to use it with this bike or would it be a compatibility problem. I my mind it is just more capacity the voltage will be still the same.
      Also what Ive heard about the 250Watt Version, Even it is 250w it have some peaks up to 750watts shown on the display while by example riding uphill. But don’t know where the excact difference is. Maybe with Thump throttle in ludacris Mode it is anytime available the power of 750watts, while on a 250Watt version it is supportive function only, up to 750 watts when needed controlled by by the software. Just my theory by seeing other videos of the 250Watt version.
      Best regards from Göttingen
      Jens

    Does Mate X now come with this SRAM shifter instead of the shimano grip shifter that it used to have (the same they have on the website)? I also noticed that the finishing on the bike’s frame in this video is quite better, much different from most pictures I have seen where you can clearly see the welding.

    This looks quite similar to the Fiido M21 albeit with the 750w instead of 500w motor, this one does look better but also £700-£1400 more expensive. I wonder if it's worth the extra?

    • @dtz1000
      @dtz1000 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's not worth the extra because it's not even street legal in the UK. You're much better off with the Ado A20F which looks almost the same as this bike but has a 500W motor restricted to 250W, so it's legal to ride in the UK. It's also less than half the price of this.

    It is a shame that there is not a restricted 250w mode (Mate on the side might become a "nick me" flag)... I know currently you can get away with riding these on the roads and currently most do, but one day there will be a clamp down (escooters will be first I am guessing) - it is a lot of money down the drain for a confiscation... Private land? Not sure that many would or could stick to that and the market for this type of product for genuine private land only use must be small.
