Yea just placed on auto to fight nothing is going to beat the Khan’s guard because their natural inclination is to circle around the enemy while every other unit’s default is just to face the enemy square up, meaning they aren’t effective unless they’re directly facing their enemy. With their bow skill, arrow numbers and distance of the bow they use, a circle of fian champions would wreck the khans guard because there would be less time between when the AI would recognize the sequence required for them to fire
They really are. I’m a battalian main and I always have Atleast 50 battanian fian champions and 50 fians ready for promotion in case some die. Mix that with Sturgian Infantry and you got a crazy army that can make easy work of Vladania.
@@chrisgalan339 yeah and if you wanna stand a chance against Vladania you gotta be merciless. The second they wage war with me I drop whatever I’m doing to take their towns (after I sit in the castle/town they want to wipe their first wave of armies). Sometimes you even gotta starve out their armies in their towns. On my main file I actually helped Vlandia migrate down to the desert because I got tired of dealing with them and their antics. And they’re now the Aserai problem. Lol
It's not about "with tactics you can beat your enemy" but more about "who is the strongest when put to auto command" but that also depends on the AI more than anything else
@Hagurmert no it's about basic strategy a moron would employ, utilizing your units the way they should be as opposed to being a moron and smashing your toys together. Give archers any amount of high ground. Put the footmen in the trees. Give the cav plenty of room to charge. Out of all of these cav had the only advantage but it was via laziness and not actual planning. Run a sim like that millions of times you'll still come out with the same average. Who the strongest is on paper, is obvious when you look at the stats moron.

The khan guard on horse back is virtually unstoppable. Also keep up with the content bro it’s awesome.

It's easy to stop the khans guards, charge heavy cav at them and do not let them get away while your infantry hold off their cav and infantry

My first play through I’m doing exactly this vlandian and imperial troops are no easy order though

Yeaaah, but i can single handly on highest difficulty with falk, kill 70 khan guards while having 20 in ride and stumbled pack horse.

No tactics does not a conclusive result make. Every competent strategist knows its not just what you have but how you employ it.

But also their is alot more you can strategicaly do with archers then with melee units @Hagurmert
