Sorry to have to tell you, there are some necessary features missing, such as: plug for the stove, heat extractor, no water line for the refrigerator, dryer & washer plug, lint vent, drain for washing machine, air conditioning piping in living room, outlets for the air conditioning unit in the closet on the porch, hanging bar in closets, and proper light fixtures vs. garage light fixtures 😮😮. And no appliances??
i love the fact that the kitchen counter and bathroom cabintes have the same theme. the roof terrace is well laid and spacious with the swimming pool...i can just imagine the views at that height
I loved your tour style and presentation, however not pleased with how developers designed the bathroom. If they want realtors to sell it as luxury then the shower should have a full sliding glass enclosure, handlebar, detachable and rain showerhead. It was also too small, as was the closet space.
This unit is such a hot sell on the market... the location, feel and not to mention the aesthetics ... my favorite is actually the act that they took so much time to perfect the exterior ... there could be a few changes inside, but otherwise... I'd give them an 8/10
