Am curious how much would be the monthly payment on a 230$ US because i run that for a 30 fix rate and it about 1750 per month $253750 JMD per month for an one bed room .
do you have any apartments for rent near the national stadium walking distance? I saw a place called the loft but i see no contact information. I am going to jamaica for a few months and need a place walking distance to the stadium for training
Jamaicans will.find fault with just about everything.. Only for eyes that see the value in living in a condo such as this deserve to live in these places. I Just appreciate jamaican LUX! It's looks great👍🏾
The applicances are cheap quality for example the water heater is westington house that is not even standard brand that brand for people who just starting out, like everything about the place is cheap.
Houses are too close together, giving the impression they were designed by a fly-by-night developer desperate for an extra dollar. So maybe the house itself was constructed using sub-standard materials.
Sometimes I wonder if Jamaica tek hardworking people for a fool enuh. Lol! $230 for a one bedroom eeh? Unuh must a smoke WEED HYA!!. unuh must stop over charge these places to folks living abroad because I know a folks abroad unuh mostly target. Smh
"Worth" is relative... when you want something and see the future value, you will pay for it. On our current market, this has actually increased in value since then
Is this a joke $230.000 US dollar really, folks pay that kind of money for a house not a tiny one bedroom apartment, that’s a plunge pool for the whole complex not enough amenities it’s over priced

Nice BUT the roof seems TOO low. Kitchen counter space limited, $230,000.00 ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 $185,500.00.

Nice apartment but no way would I pay that much for an apartment in kingston. I paid that much here in New York
