Great selling points but the asking price is astronomical for residential land… not even commercial land.

Sorry to have to tell you, there are some necessary features missing, such as: plug for the stove, heat extractor, no water line for the refrigerator, dryer & washer plug, lint vent, drain for washing machine, air conditioning piping in living room, outlets for the air conditioning unit in the closet on the porch, hanging bar in closets, and proper light fixtures vs. garage light fixtures 😮😮. And no appliances??

The price is too high by the time i spend 65mil then put another 20-30mil in it I am almost 100 mil. I would rather build my own. I’m out.👎🏼

Jamaicans will.find fault with just about everything.. Only for eyes that see the value in living in a condo such as this deserve to live in these places. I Just appreciate jamaican LUX! It's looks great👍🏾

The applicances are cheap quality for example the water heater is westington house that is not even standard brand that brand for people who just starting out, like everything about the place is cheap.

The person or persons selling this home must be on something, they actually want $450 thousand USD for that house, you can buy a new home or build one for that price and have left over, they're is so much that is needed to be done to get a decent return from it, ruffly $100usd again and that return would take years to get back, people need to stop trying to get rich overnight.
