@@jcplays3842 KG wasn't bad. He was a great trash talker on the court. Bad is when someone intentionally tries to injure you and have made it a career of doing it. The only thing that has been said about KG is that he trash talks to psych you out (to the point you would think he's crazy), which has been effective majority of the time.

They were hated for the same reason the 2017-2019 Warriors were. At the time, I thought the Heat were gonna go 73-9😂

My favorite moment of KG trash talk was in the early 2010s when Carmelo Anthony was going through his very public break up/divorce with his wife Lala (? I think that's her name)
KG came up to Melo at one point during the game and told him "Lala tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios, that bitch is delicious"
KG was never actually with her but he made up an entire story in vivid detail just to fuck with Melo. Pretty sure Melo tried to get into their locker room after the game and fight him too
If you watched the beef video between melo and kg posted by sb nation they both confirmed that Honey Nut Cheerios comment was not true

Im happy someone acknowledged David Stern as a villian because I've always considered him the NBA equivalent of Kingpin
As much as he played favorites and did other very questionable things, you can help but realize that the NBAs best years were under his leadership and it started deteriorating almost immediately after he left and Adam Silver took over

Haven't watched it yet, but I'd say that post-retirement Pip has gone full on dark side. While he was playing, reporters loved him and teammates loved him...but now? Damn, dude is just so bitter.

isiah thomas is one of the three best point guards in nba history (with curry & magic) and what he and the pistons did and the style they played was incredible. not only on the defensive end, that backcourt with joe dumars was ahead of every other duo. that guy deserves a lot more respect then people give to him. the league was doing everything possible to shut down the pistons during that era but they were the best anyway. and the knicks will fail as long as dolan is their owner, even phil jackson failed.
@lesego2018 funny that you only mention dudes wuthout a ring except for oscar who only got one because of kareem. isiah won in a time where the competition was brutal (lakers, celtics, bulls, blazers etc.) and with no other "superstar" on his team. because of that i would say he is better then nash, stockton etc. also he was a much better defender and equally good on offense. his stats could have been much better but he was always a team first kind of guy and did a lot that did not show in the box score

As a Bulls fan I always liked Kobe, him being in the other conference meant we barely played him so we didn’t know what it’s like to get our hearts broken like Portland, Sacramento etc. On the other hand I hated LeBron’s guts. He beat us 4 times in the playoffs and refused to join us in 2010. That shot that sunk us in 2015 basically ended us as a contender.

Im legit excited. I think peeps are gonna start getting into it like halfway through the seeding games when suddenly their team could make it to vegas and play an important role and possibly get some respect and bragging rights if they make it far enough or all the way, and by next year, most folks will embrace it just like the 7 8 9 10 seed play in games are more or less now.
