i can't explain it but Dan has romantic comedy energy, the vibes are there don't ask me to elaborate i think i've been reading too much these little vlogs and catch-ups are like a long distance friend facetiming you with all the tea and scandal thats happen since we last spoke and i love it

As a fellow musical theatre nerd, I have no clue how you have escaped the Sound of Music for this long! In the US it's a super common high school production and is on TV constantly. I hope you loved it! I walked down the aisle to the same organ music that she walked down the aisle to, so clearly I'm biased.
It wasn’t The One in our house!! We had Singin’ in the Rain, and then I suppose the show done most often in our school productions was either Grease or the Les Mis School Edition! So when that lovely musical love story suddenly turned into a Hitchcock thriller, I was TENSE
P.S. If Loop is the yarn shop you bailed on, they're lovely and I'm sure they'd be happy to help pick out gifts in the future! They carry a lot of yarns that are harder to find in the UK, including a lot from North America.

Baking question: why have you greased the pans and used baking paper? I thought it was one or t’other - have I been baking wrong?
I grease the sides and line the bottom! I find it helps the paper stick if I just whack a bit of butter on the bottom as well since I’m already there!
Will give that a go next time I'm baking!
