Hi I’ve got the Echo 2 and the magenta ink on the pattern print is missing nearly all of the pattern on the bottom 3 lines but I have noticed that small amount of ink has got into the last chamber of the cartridge. Do you think that might me the problem. Thank you

Hi I have just purchased a pre loved texjet echo. It has a fault code on the lower control panel of 0020 and on the printer panel which is 0X1512.
The printer won't initialise.
I don't suppose you know what is causing this?

So no matter what, there's always waste ink sitting in every cartridge if there's ink flow restrictions if the ink is below the quarter mark of the tank?

Need help, i have this printer, had it for about 2 months, just recently it stopped printing yellow whatsoever, the printhead was brand new, i am wondering what would be the cause of it, we do maintenance almost every 1-3 days, we do not print a lot for now, but we just kept the printer going reguralry. About a week ago tge printer completely stopped printing yellow colour, it is definitely not tge printhead because technician came and flushed the head, it was spitting all colour like new. What else can be there to take a look at?

do you have any direct air hitting it? Could be your cartridges, what printer is it?
