I'd buy 3 of them for that price, if I could. For the engine, if nothing else...rebuild it and stuff it on a full-suspension mountain bike; would be a lot of fun!
Unhook the kill switch wires from one another...connecting them is how the switch kills the spark, at least on every engine I've ever worked on.
