@joshconsultancy yes, just saw their announcemenr on sgx on revised offer. They must be thinking difference of 3 cents is damn attractive. How insulting can this be?!🤭
what happens to the Tang family controlling stake if the take over doesn't happen? Is it mandatory for them to try to take it private again within a time frame?
Very interesting story, the power struggle for wealthy personnel to bring valuable asset to be under their control. The bid might just a showcase number that eventually they will try to take it private. 😊
Hi Josh. Since you hold $30K of Centurion, will price go up further since; 1. Centurion divert W dormitory asset into REIT. 2. Once REIT IPO done & over , will Centurion price drop since a big portion of her asset is taken away for REIT a seperate company. Can share your opinion . Thanks .

I own the shares for Suntec REITs. When I saw the offer I tore the paper and chuck it into the bin immediately
Lol 👍🏻
They just up the offer price to $1.19. The family really think the minority shareholders are goondu 😮
Lol $1.19? Omg

Certainly hope they will be proven wrong!
Yah… sounds insulting hor?…
Thanks for this sharing! Very interesting to find out about these people on our shore!

As shared unlikely to cross 50%. Almost impossible to cross 90% for privatization at this $1.19 price.
I refuse to sign as I also feel it is too cheap.
Yes Lynn!!

My guess is the real offer that can take it private is not in sight yet. Now just accumulating cheap
Hi, if the offer is successful but I didn’t opted in. What will happens to my suntec shares ? Thanks
Nothing will happen (imo)
If there is no 90%, there is no delisting k
But if it meets 90%, so is it mandatory that I must sell it at $1.16 ?
That is a lot of waste generating so much papers and carbon footprint delivering them. I wonder who pays for all these. Shareholders?
Hi Josh
Do you know why the market dropped so much today 10/1/25?
No reason sometimes. News would speculate its fed decisions and outlooks. Use downturns to your advantage
V good pl have more of such
Oue Reit can buy?
Not a buy or sell on OUE reit k

Hard to tell but I would be in favor of it to recycle capital.
Boustead listed part of its real estate arm before.
@@joshconsultancy Thanks . Good its $1.01 now,
So it is good to accumulate if you have a long term view
The best roi is when a full buy out happens soon. Aim to spot for those
I am confused by the offering. Can I just ignore?
I just throw the letter into the bin. It is an insult
@@liudaniel6656 Thank you. That is the best answer 😄
Alot of my golden goose kena this kind private offering. So lan lan say gd bye to my goose n have to relook for other gem. Sibei sian
This offer unlikely to privatize it imo
All delist actually take advantage from low price. This is sad for shares owners.
Not true. Some unconditional offers are above the weighted average.
Yes some delisting offers have been significantly above.
