Eric, will top new launches also become top resale projects that continue to yield good investment value? For example, if I buy Orie in 2031 after my EC MOP and after Orie's holding period, is this an OK move?

Eric ah, do u know mechanised ventilation provided in toilets today? And its better than natural ventilated toilet. U can ask developer to verify. No bluffing u one, your towel dries a lot faster in mechanised ventilated environment.
Well, it means more money spent doing all this mechanised ventilation. You need to build a ventilation system u need to consume electricity. For a natural one it means you have one more option to ventilate
@shurakishi4707 it's a compulsory thing for developer to provide in toilets with no window. Its not a physical fan that you will see on the wall, its a hidden ventilation system extracting air via the M&E vertical riser next to toilet . U can find out in CDL virtual tour, the vent on ceiling

The integrated hub is not significant transformation. Basically it is just taking what is already present in the neighbourhood like the sports stadium, polyclinic etc and just housing them under one roof. It is not a new transformation or anything
@@river88ratit isn’t. Only the non savvy and non Toa Payoh resident will take the bite. I think it is important before buying any property to understand the estate development and milestones etc before you consider to even buy. It is NOT a new transformation or development in the area. To bring home a more relatable analogy, it is like your barber shop relocate to another retail shop two streets away. Doesn’t make a diff.
