Hi again. Thank you so much for the video and history! I visited the castle last July. It is a beauty perched on a rock outcrop protruding into the ocean. It would be tough to repair to original condition. I heard it would take $1 million just to stabilize the masonry. Adding floors, windows, and roofs would take another $1 million. Strolling down that long gallery and looking out over the ocean would be fantastic.

Love your analytics Sven. So over 240 years and billions of pounds…I’m happy to just document these last fragments for prosperity ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hi Emily, just wanted to say how much I enjoy watching your vids. As a southerner (try not to spit) its lovely to see the old castles of Scotland to which I aspire some small heritage.. though Im sure even though Im a Burns thats a stretch, my partner is a Mackenzie proper.
    Many thanks from us both
    Sam & James

Very photogenic castle. I'm a photographer in U.S. and have been to hundreds of abandoned places in 48 states and 8 countries. Scotland is my favorite. There and Ireland I want to return to. I was there in 2019 and loved the tourist free obscure places. I recommend Dunalastair Mansion. Not trying to promote my channel of 2 or 3 followers, but I have 2 slideshows of my Scotland photography.

Really good again-can I just ask you consider putting a Google Maps type insert showing the location-it would help I think ?

Hi Emily congratulations on your channel I am your 980th subscriber. I am a fellow creator though not exclusively on Castles. I did a series on the Northumberland castles two years ago so can relate to your interests. Today I am 10 subscribers behind you (not that I am trying to compete) I am guessing it is your partner that is operating the drone, but my real question is about your music. I constantly struggle to find "Celtic" style music suitable for historical films like ours. I was impressed by your choice of music, can I ask where it is from? Are you paying for it? Hope to hear from you soon, well done and keep up the good work. Jon

OUCH! @ 4:40 you say Earl of Ka-see-liss.Cassillis is pronounced 'castles'. The 'is' a the end is simply a Scots plural. Otherwise a good video.

I love the views and the info you provide, however... too many closeups of you in the middle of the picture obstructing our view....

If anything I think her very few appearances actually add to the video. Gives it that Personal Touch that you wouldn't get from something on the History Channel. A true Scottish native proud of her ancestry

Work on removing your accent and improving the presentation - if you wish to succeed as a channel.

Its a Scottish channel talking about a castle in Scotland,? People don't have to change their entire identify to plicate others. Its a nicer cadence than an American accent

Up there mucker, with the most stupid comment I've seen on TH-cam, Scotland's Castles talked about by a Scottish girl, bugger all wrong with that!

Hard to believe you would have the nerve to say that. It's not always about marketing and making money
