It’s so nice to see videos like this where it shows that even if they’re Olympic volleyball players, they still seem so... human? It’s hard to remember that they’re just people when you watch them on TV so often. So enjoyable to see my idols talk and joke around with each other

Micah's my first reference when I first became a setter. His tosses have a beautiful curve going to the antenna (I can't maintain that form) and his awareness is really something.. Thank you Erik for letting Micah sprinkle his setting knowledge 😭😭 God bless you❤️
Fun fact : micah's chair was 15 cm lower than erik's one so that he coule be in the screen🤣
When I met Micah at USAV Nationals in 2015 I was like wtf I didn’t know he was this tall 💀

Watching volleyball at this perspective makes me appreciate more the trajectories and arcs of the ball. It's just so amazing (wanna try some of those later). Furthermore, after hearing Micah's voice, it feels like he's someone you wanna hear reading bedtime stories before you sleep.
Micah Christenson is like literal my role modal I watch his games and brake down his entire setting distribution. I want to know what drills he dose and how much he practices.

Erik! I live in Brazil, and my parents are from here. But I was born in the USA, I play a lot of volleyball, as a setter, I keep in mind, if one day I could chosse where country I rather go, it'll be fun.

Crazy to see you young men move on in life doing amazing things in a sport you all love and are amazing at. I’ve watched you guys from your high school days. Gotta follow the local talent here in Hawaii. I watched Micah play here In Hilo when he won his state championship in the newly built Keaau High School gymnasium against Punahou. Watching him play OH in high school and completely dominate that position to being the absolute best setter in the world is unbelievable but believable because of how well rounded you Hawaii boys are in volleyball. And Erik you make that difficult libero position look so easy it’s laughable. I had to comment to this. Huge support from Hilo. Aloha boys and keep at it. Great channel Erik!!🙏🏼🤙🏼

When I saw Micah for the first time at the 2019 World Cup against Japan and Brazil he looked a lot younger to me than i see him in this video lol at first sight me in those games I thought "if this guy is 25 yrs old it's a lot" greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
