that's the best looking power conversion on a B25 that I've seen to date....pods just don't look right to my inexperienced eyes. How did you determine where to cut the transom for the outboards?
probably experience by the look of the finish. I'm sure a naval architect or boat builder if you spoke to them directly will explain the math you use to work it out. Also, although they add on a pod, take a look at the Hook Line and Sinker rebuld of the Berty 25 - you can find it here on youtube. They explain that the berty doesn't care too much.
